Shipping time varies depending on location. Here are our estimates:
Europe & UK: 6-12 Business days
USA & Canada: 6-12 Business days
Australia & New Zealand: 6-12 Business days
Rest of the world: 10-20 Business days
How do you ship your packages?
Our packages will be shipped via your local courier's network depending on your delivery destination. Every parcel is tracked and insured for peace of mind during shipping.
What about Sales Tax?
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the wbesite. No payment will be due by our customers.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do! Every order will receive free shipping.
How long do I have to return an item?
You are able to return an item up to 30 days from your parcel being delivered to you.
To return an item, free of charge, please contact us via. e-mail using info@alliette.co.uk or by using our contact page.
How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
We will process a full refund for the cost of any returned items within 7 days of it's delivery to us.
Are returns free?
Yes, we offer free returns on all orders.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes. If you wish to exchange an item please follow our standard returns process, specifying that you'd like to exchange this for another item & the item you would like to exchange it for.
General FAQs
I forgot my discount, can I still use it?
Yes! If you didn't enter your discount code at the checkout, we can apply it to your order and refund the value of the discount back to you.
Can I use two discount codes?
Only one offer code can be applied to each order. When more than one code is entered, the previous discount will be replaced with the new discount.
Can I change / cancel my order?
If you would like to change/cancel your order after purchasing please send an e-mail to info@alliette.co.uk expressing how you would like to change/cancel your order.
We will do our best to make these changes/cancellation before your order is dispatched.
Please get in touch with us as soon as you can to make any changes to your order.
I received the wrong / a faulty item
If you think anything in your order is wrong or faulty, please get in touch with us within 28 days of delivery and we'll do all we can to help.
Make sure you have the following information:
• Your Order Number
• Product Name
• Details of the fault / incorrect item
• If you would like a refund or replacement
Do you offer a gifting service?
All of our parcels are gifting friendly! Each piece of jewelry ships in a beautiful pouch which is perfect for gifting.
I have bought an item from you in the past and it has now developed a fault, what can I do?
If you have bought an item from us within the past 6 months then please contact us and we can take a look at the item to see what we can do.
We cannot always guarantee a repair or replacement but we will try and do our best to sort the problem out.
